Health, Fitness Showcased at Wasp Fair

"USS WASP, At Sea (NNS) -- USS Wasp (LHD 1) Medical Department conducted its Third Annual Health and Wellness Fair in the ship's hangar bay Nov. 27 offering crew members a one-stop shop of medical information.

Wasp Senior Medical Officer, Lt. Cmdr. Robert Peterson, the event's coordinator, said the fair's main purpose was to provide information to help Sailors "live longer and live healthier."

Medical topics included back injury, hearing conservation and depression (mental health), among others.
